Brothers Bar and Grill was founded in 1990 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and since then has expanded to 17 locations in 10 Midwestern states. Over the years, we are honored to have received some of the Hospitality Industry’s top honors for our food and beverage programs. Denver was our 16th location, opened in 2010. Brothers’ ultimate mission is to provide a comprehensive entertainment venue, with an emphasis on fun, safety, and cleanliness. The Savoy at Curtis Park occupies the second floor of a landmark Victorian building. Built in 1887 and residing in the historic Curtis Park Neighborhood, the second floor was used as a private social club with a dance floor/social space, lobby, and lounge. Today, it remains as one of the few surviving spaces of its kind in the city of Denver. A short walk from Coors Field, adjacent to the RiNo Arts and Entertainment District, the building was renovated in 2001. In 2012 the second floor was restored to its original configuration and the maple and cherry wood floors were returned to their original luster. The room and the lounge retain their original pressed tin ceilings and both spaces are illuminated by the original nine foot windows that offer city and mountain views. The Denver Turnverein, Inc. is the oldest social membership club in Denver, CO, established in 1865. Affiliated with the American Turners organization, the club has evolved from its original gymnastics focus to providing all types of social dancing as its primary focus. The motto "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body" credited to the original German Turner societies is still relevant today. Social dancing provides physical, mental, and interpersonal relationship benefits that are good for the body and the mind. As a non-profit membership organization, the club's yearly membership fee keeps nightly dance costs low and preserves the building for the enjoyment of its members. The membership community focus makes The Denver Turnverein a safe and welcoming place to dance.

The Blake Street Bombers was the affectionate nickname given to the super-hitting quartet of Galarraga, Bichette, Castilla, and Walker. Now, in the Rockies 20th Anniversary season, we are commemorating them by launching the "Blake Street Bombers" Running Club through the Blake Street Tavern. This weekly run will occur every Tuesday evening with a rolling start time from 6:15-6:30. There is parking in the lot adjacent to the building if you are driving in for the run. If you miss the initial 6:15 start time, feel free to catch up and run with some other late-comers. The map of the run will be posted shortly. It is a quick, easy 5K course that avoids traffic intersections as often as possible by going through Commons Park. In the earlier part of the spring time, please wear reflective gear to help cars see you as it gets darker! And please, obey all traffic laws!! Once you return from the run, you will use your laminated "Bomber Card" to grant you access to the great drink specials. So far, we have these specials with more to possibly come: 1) $3 Blake Street Bomber: Shot of whiskey dropped into Bud Light 2) $4 Berry Bomber (for the ladies): Berry vodka dropped into Red Bull 3) $3 Michelob Ultra with minimal carbs for all of us healthy runners Please invite all of your friends to this as we hope to make it a huge success in the first few weeks to set us up for an incredible summer season. We are a new club for lowriders in Denver, CO. We were founded by Mark Otero and Rich Miller. Our club is bassed around the family friendly lowriding. We got the club started in the summer of 2010. We are rectuting new members if anyone is interested.
