The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse is a not-for-profit institution in Miami dedicated to the presentation of exhibitions and educational programs that explore contemporary art and culture. Since its inauguration in January of 1999, the Warehouse collection has presented thousands of works of contemporary art and has welcomed visitors from all over the world. The Warehouse is operated and funded by the Martin Z. Margulies Foundation, a thirty year resource for the study and enjoyment of the visual arts.

PINTA Miami is an exclusive and intimate international art fair of select exhibitors invited to present the best Modern and Contemporary art from all over the world. Founded in 2007 and coinciding with Art Basel Miami, PINTA is an annual, must-see event for collectors, museums, and curators. PINTA has updated its format to present a fully curated fair, featuring an international team of recognized curators chosen to direct each of the six newly designated sections of the fair. The fair organizers will bring together the leading artists and galleries from the United States, Latin America, and Europe to participate in the event. PINTA is the international venue for the exhibition and promotion of Latin American, Spanish, and Portuguese art abroad, and thus, will include the participation of fifty prominent galleries to exhibit museum-quality works of abstract, concrete, neo-concrete, kinetic, and conceptual art, as well as other contemporary art movements.
Oliver Gal is a collective of artists spearheaded by sisters and artists Lola Sánchez & Ana Gal. Inspired by the lifestyle and art scene of their living quarters in Miami, and photography from their travels around the world in Spain, Italy, St. Lucia, China, Israel and Africa. Their art collections are handcrafted with airy images, pop culture themes and striking layers of color. From limited edition series to exclusive collections, their pieces are created in premium cotton canvas and sustainable wood or in archival art paper with acrylic mounting panels. Their work is the unpretentious answer to blank walls in need of a makeover without breaking the bank.
OPENING: ATELIER 1022, Wynwood Art District’s newest gallery opened its door on May 14, 2011 with the exhibit “ArtVergnügen!” – The Pleasure of Art. ARTISTS: The studio gallery showcases an array of fine art photography, paintings, and mixed media works from resident artists Ellie Perla, Susana Perla-Mendoza, and Carlos Rodriguez-Feo. ATELIER 1022 also showcases pieces by guest artists for special shows. Gallerist: Carola Perla CONCEPT: ATELIER 1022 recreates the sense of an artistic community in a public space. The brainchild of the Perla family of artists, photographers, and writers, ATELIER 1022 invites art lovers to join in and celebrate beauty, colors, and rhythms in a place where art is made and polyglot gossip resounds off the walls. ART EXHIBITS for 2011-2012 include such themes as: hard rock art and music, with live bands; steam punk art and fashion show; documentary photography and short films; fairytale books and young art; graffiti and tattoo art; the history of photography; and others. CVC is a Miami based non-profit organization supporting visual and performing arts with a wide range of programs and community based activities. CVC presents arts programs at its Wynwood Miami gallery and public venues in South Florida including K-12 schools, Universities, Museums and Municipal buildings.
