Fizz is made up of three distinct spaces: the party loft, the classic main bar, and our huge beer garden. The main bar is a cozy space with exposed brick walls, a classic bar from the 1920s and low lighting to keep it low key. Available for both corporate and social affairs, The Loft is a warm spacious room with 13 foot high beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors & a cherry wood antique bar. With a capacity of 150 people for cocktails or 100 people for seated events, it is the perfect backdrop for a variety of special occasions The Beer Garden is available for events from spring months to late fall months. Located off the main bar and fully equipped with a bar of its own, couches, televisions and of course heaters With our spaces accommodating to up to 400 guests, host your next party or event in style with us!

In the brewery, Head Brewer Brant Dubovick’s focus is on farmhouse ales and hop forward beers. His inspiration for Corridor’s beer program stems from rustic farmhouse breweries, as well as hop forward American trailblazers. Run by Executive Chef Joel Pillar, our food concept is a Rustic Farmhouse Kitchen – Midwestern food highlighting sandwiches and artisan pizzas baked in a clay hearth oven, and other artisan provisions.
