The Norberta Philbrook Gallery is a fine art gallery, whose name was inspired by the watercolor “Norberta Philbrook Returned from the Farmer’s Market with Something for Everyone” by noted Arkansas artist and recipient of 2012 Governor's Arts Award for Lifetime Achievement Zeek Taylor. The Norberta Philbrook Gallery will feature the work of Zeek Taylor in the company of works by artists of merit from the national, regional, and local art scene.
