Retrospect is a coffee bar currently under construction in the Midtown area of Houston, Texas. Located in a circa 1930s gas station, Retrospect will feature a covered seating area in the old motor-court in the front and a large, shady garden in the back. We'll be open early each morning serving fair trade coffee and expresso along with crepes an light food. In the evening we'll be offering patrons a small but interesting selection of beer and wine, paired with food from a constantly rotating number of independent food trucks.
