K~Town Shakedown is a donation based fitness studio. There are no contracts to sign. No fees to pay. No memberships. Just come when you can and pay what you can. We believe that fitness and the right to good health belong to everyone. We also believe in the goodness and generosity of people. We do what we do, because of our love and passion for it, and our hope is to sincerely pass that energy and love on to you. We will offer classes each week in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Cardio Groove, Pump!, Spin, Yoga, Piyo, Indo Board (balance training), Kids Zumba, and Kids Yoga. We are thrilled to be apart of such an amazing community and as we take this giant leap of faith, we hope you find an environment that motivates, encourages and supports you in your journey for better health.
