Redeemer Church entered into this culturally rich and dynamic city in the summer of 2002 eager to share the ancient, yet timeless message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Redeemer is learning that the Gospel is not simply about sharing a message, doing better or being nicer, but about God’s renovation of the whole of our lives—giving us a new focus for worship, new fuel for life and new purpose for the future. Our desire then, as is now, is to lovingly embrace and support the people and culture of San Antonio, not alienate or condemn. We see the needs and problems of our city as opportunities for service and sacrifice, not problems to overlook or abandon. Toward that end, Redeemer seeks to engage San Antonio's business, university, professional, medical and art communities in the hopes of seeing resources and people redirected by the love of Christ in order to bless the wider city. Redeemer welcomes everyone—the seeker, skeptic and spiritually hungry. We desire to be a place of healing for those burn-out and wounded by the world and the church. We work hard to build bridges among the various ethnicities present in our city so that the Gospel's transforming message may touch more lives.

The purpose of Trinity Baptist Church Student Ministry is to equip disciples of Jesus Christ who own, live, and share their faith to change San Antonio and the world. Our objectives: 1. Worship: To provide a place where students can engage in multi-generational worship. 2. Fellowship: To develop caring relationships and foster authentic community. 3. Discipleship: To teach students biblical truth and equip them to apply scripture to their lives. 4. “Glocal Missions”: To create opportunities to serve others locally and globally. 5. “Each one, reach one”: To mobilize students to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our desire for the Children’s Ministry is to not only spiritually guide children, but to give parents tools to spiritually influence their own children. The average church only has 40 hours in a given year to influence a life. The average parent has 3,000 hours per year to influence a life. Trinity’s Children’s Ministry helps parents advance in their spiritual relationship with God so they can mentor their children. “No one has more potential to influence a child’s relationship with God than parents.” (Joiner) Our passion is for the Children’s Ministry to begin partnering with parents and encourage them to assume responsibility for spiritual leadership in their own homes.
