The chef’s wife, Virginia, worked at Bagel Supreme in Rutherford for 15 years, and now handles this 32-seat BYO dining room and Mexican bistro. The Bistek Ala Mexicana is a favorite entrées on the menu for many of the patrons. It consists of 12-ounce juicy rib-eye steak cooked to your desire and served with grilled onions, tomatoes, jalepenos, and rice & beans. Our American side includes dishes that are more seasonal and inspired by our chef's toime spent in Napa Valley, California. these dishen include pina nut frisee and goatcheese salad with apples and golden raisins, day boat scallops served over a warm lentil salad with haricot verts and red onion with dijon veloute, organic roasted chicken breast over sweet potato puree, sspinach and mushroom demi glace. every day we feature two seasonal soups, and specials that are sure to entice you such as braised Colorado lams hank, pan roasted quail, brook trout, skate wing, oven roasted local duckling from hudson valley to name a few. we also make all our desserts in house which include espresso infused mousse au chocolat, white chocolate and tart cherry bread pudding made from croissants, brioche ina vanila custard serve ala mode, and autumn crisp with apples, pecans, cranberries, and a granola topping with french vanilla ice cream

Swirls is a self-serve frozen yogurt shop with a twist. Not only do we offer fro-yo, we also serve mouth watering smoothies and homemade goumet ice cream. We keep a great rotation of flavors that change consistently. The 2 flavors of ice cream that Chef Mike Corrino spins up are unique in every way and are everchanging. Our goal is to stimulate your taste buds while providing a fun/hip atmosphere and some good tunes. Our hours for now are 11 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.
