Colorado will be expanding Medicaid coverage to anyone under 138% of the Federal Poverty Level - approximately $16,000 per year for a single person. It creates "insurance exchanges" where the uninsured and under-insured can purchase private policies in a competitive market. Colorado ADAP will support eligible members to acquire health care and to pay for it.
