The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department’s Artificial Reef Program is housed within the Coastal Fisheries Division. Operation Game Thief is Texas' wildlife Crime-stoppers program, offering rewards of up to $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction for a wildlife crime. The Birding Classic is held each year from April 15 - May 15 to coincide with the spectacular spring bird migration in Texas.
