Growing up in North County (Florissant, to be exact), having a family vacation home at The Lake of the Ozarks since I was four and living in the St. Charles, Lake St. Louis, Kirkwood and Columbia, MO areas has allowed me to have great exposure to lots of different places. An education and 13+ years of corporate experience in communications, graphic design, sales and fundraising gives me an in-depth understanding of marketing principles and the importance of research. Who is Jenny Woodard? Well, without writing a personals ad... I grew up riding and training horses but an injury forced me to give up riding, so I found a new love in fitness. I am a licensed Zumba instructor and teach in the Des Peres area. I have a beautiful daughter who is the light of my life. When I'm not working on property searches, choreographing fitness routines or spending time with my kiddo, you can find me helping my fiance, Ray, with his home revitalization business. Together, we run Schwegmann Carpentry and specialize in remodeling projects that include bathrooms, kitchens, room additions, custom work and other various jobs. For many years, Ray was a general foreman for Fischer and Frichtel and built homes in the prestigious areas of Wildwood, Chesterfield and Lake St. Louis.
