Welcome to the Franklin Pierce University Cafeteria! Here we offer a variety of meals to the students, faculty, staff and community of Rindge, NH! Our Cafeteria is located on the Second Floor of the Campus Center Building. With an ever changing menu and variety of meals, you'll never be disappointed or bored by your meals! We have 5 wonderfully creative stations that offer fun and exciting meals each and everyday. The Comfort Kitchen: Our main entree line, this station is devoted to the hearty, comfort meals we all know and love, including Turkey Dinners, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chicken Parm, Meatloaf, Fajitas, Chef Charlie's Famous Mac and Cheese and so much more! This station also features our Vegetarian Vegan Option, available at Lunch and Dinner that changes everyday, bringing healthy and exciting flavors to every meal! The Grill: Our grill station offers a variety of options everyday including the basics, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Quesadillas, French Fries, and Veggie Burgers. We also have exciting specials, such as A Local Sausage Bar, Burger Bars and Chicken Parm Flatbreads! The Pizza Station: This station offers the basics but with a whole new level of flavor! Pasta and two sauces, from Marinara and Cheese Sauce to Veggie Sauces and Bolognese! We offer Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza's everyday, but there is also a Pizza Special for both Lunch and Dinner to bring some creativity and exciting flavors to the station, including Greek Pizza's Cheeseburger Pizza's and Veggie Pizza's. Our Kitchen, Your Kitchen: Perhaps the students favorite station in the Cafeteria, Our kitchen, Your Kitchen (OKYK) offers an extremely varied and fun menu. From Taco Thursdays, to the Sundae Bar and Yogurt Bar with Local Vermont Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit, this station is typically lined up out of the dining room with students and staff waiting for the delicious meal ahead. Perhaps the most busy day is Wednesday's, when the OKYK station is lined out the doors as students wait in line for "Buff Chick Wednesday's". The OKYK station serves Caesar Salad with Buffalo, Plain and Grilled Chicken that has proven to be the students/staff favorite lunch, serving around 800 plates each week! The Market Place Center For Performing Foods and the Iron Press Deli: This station is unique and the favorite healthy option of the student body. On one side of the station is a full Salad Bar, offering 3 varieties of lettuce, fruit, macaroni and pasta salads, 12+ toppings, croutons, berries and nuts, vinegar's and 8 different salad dressings! The opposite side is the Iron Press Deli! This is a full service Sandwich Bar with Panini Press. Students can craft and develop their own unique sandwiches, wraps and panini sandwiches, with fresh sliced meats and cheeses and multiple toppings and dressings! The most unique piece about this station is known as the Great Grains Saute! Crafted by Chef Arwyn Lennon at Franklin Pierce. this is a unique and healthy option for students eager to try something new and exciting! Each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Chef Arwyn crafts 3 delicious, homemade sauces and sautes them with organic grains, fresh vegetables and meats to make a deliciously healthy meal!

An Announcement from the Office of Community Service The Department of Student Involvement of Franklin Pierce University under the leadership of Assistant Dean of Student Involvement, Scott Ansevin-Allen and his staff of Derek Scalia, Assistant Director of Students Involvement and Bill Beardslee, Associate Director of Student Involvement and Spiritual Life are the staff who work with the Community Service Office. The Community Service office is staffed by student Managers for the numerous service opportunities available to volunteers. They oversee and manage the volunteer’s transportation to and from the partner sites and generally work with both groups to insure smooth communication, commitment and quality sites. The Managers meet weekly with the Student Involvement staff. TO RETURNING Community Service volunteers: The Managers will be in touch with you in the fall of 2012 to confirm your involvement for the academic year.
