Environmentally Friendly and Efficient Packaging and Shipping Anduro Manufacturing produces polywoven bags using polypropylene exclusively. Our product is designated a class 5 recyclable. We also continue to research ways to optimize the material used in our Durofab™ bags, recently reducing our standard fabric GSM (grams per square meter) by 9 percent. Anduro has refined palletization. Our pallets of up to 6,000 bags ship and arrive in excellent condition, reducing packaging materials and related costs by as much as 20%. Larger pallets help "cube out" containers and maximize shipping space, enhancing transportation efficiencies and reducing the energy required to deliver the packaging. Anduro manages scrap levels associated with production and sells the scrap on the secondary market. Minimizing our scrap and recycling combine to move us toward our ultimate objective: to reduce our plant landfill waste to zero. Corporate Responsibility Upon purchasing our Honduran manufacturing facility in 2008, we implemented significant changes to improve plant working conditions, including adding operations software to make manufacturing processes more reliable, sophisticated and efficient, and safer and cleaner.
