We are a small mobile coffee business serving coffee, handmade soda and chai. We "pop up" in a couple of cafes when they are closed to serve drinks to our community and host events, and we operate a coffee trike in Coeur d'Alene. We make our syrups, sauces, sodas and chai from scratch, and desire to create authenticity and connection with each person we serve.

Frizzle Fries was born from a love of food. Being located in Idaho it was only natural that we do something with potatoes. The search for the perfect french fry led me to Belgium. We have based our cooking technique on the Belgium Frite, which is crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The next choice was what to serve with our wonderful fries. I enjoy finding things to eat that are not prepared on every corner. Which led to our current menu. It features food that is not normally found in our area. My favorite is Poutine (pronounced poohteen) This is a French Canadian comfort food. It is simple yet full of delicate flavors and balance. Simply put poutine is fries covered with gravy and cheese curds. As you know gravy can be very hard to prepare, but when done correctly it is the perfect accompaniment to so many foods. Our gravy is made from our own beef stock and thickened in the french style. The cheese curds we use come from Ballard Dairy in Gooding, ID. They are fresh and flavorful. Another favorite is the onion burger, you will not see it on another menu anywhere near us. Very original and very delicious. Our menu tries to capitalize on Delicious Fresh food not found at other places. Please come down and try us out.
