We are delighted to announce the creation of the NYU College of Dentistry Pediatric Dental Alumni Association.Membership will be open to graduates of the NYU Pediatric Dentistry Residency as well as to NYU dental graduates who may have completed their pediatric dental training elsewhere. This new Alumni Association will serve the needs of our many Alumni around the world. Continuing education courses will be provided with free or discounted registration fees. Some of these courses will be offered via teleconferencing so that alumni can participate from anywhere. We will offer online opportunities for networking and searching for associates and associateship opportunities.We will also organize Alumni receptions at major US and international meeting in addition to the AAPD meeting.

This series of dental courses follows a path that enables the restorative dentist to become successful in both producing beautiful functional restorations and to achieve a high level of practice potential. The dentist, staff, ceramist and specialist can follow the basic courses to an advanced level in aesthetics. This creates a synergy between the dental team, which provides an excellent environment for total patient care. This is achieved through a series of very exciting and rewarding courses in clinical development, aesthetic periodontics, laboratory communication skills for the best possible result, and staff & and motivation.

This program is a full-time, one-year clinical and didactic course of study, offered to dentists from countries other than the United States who seek to improve their clinical skills and knowledge in the field of esthetic dentistry. Emphasis is placed on the clinical component with a focus on a broad spectrum of modern esthetic treatment methods.

The Office of Allied Health Programs houses two academic programs of study; the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene, and the Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Both programs offer students a concentrated curriculum that extend from lectures and clinical instruction, to outreach participation to underserved communities; preparing a well rounded, professionally experienced student entering the practice of dental hygiene. The College Now program at Baruch College allows qualified NYC public high school students to enroll in courses that earn college credit and provide academic enrichment, giving students the foundation for academic success.
