All of our entrees are cooked in a traditional fire wok to bring wok hei or "wok breath" to your palate. The extremely high temperature flash cooking over fire can only be achieved with a true wok burner, which is rated at 130,000 BTU's. The average home burner only reaches 20,000 BTU's. Come sit at our new bar! We teamed with a local bar designer and sushi expert to create a unique experience to the downtown area. New art adorns our walls surrounded with imported bamboo. A massive ancient stone buddha head stands prominent in the center of the dining room. Ambient lighting and cool music create a lovely restaurant atmosphere to enjoy. The addition of our sushi bar adds more diversity and freshness to the table. Our dedication to freshness is only further evident with our philosophy on sushi. The Bozeman Sculpture Park (BSP) is a unique non-profit organization that strives for the betterment of the community through development of a sculptural park on the grounds of the Bozeman Public Library. The BSP is dedicated to bringing quality art to the community and providing the opportunity for emerging and established artists to exhibit their art. An educational component will be an integral part of the exhibit, providing the community with the opportunity to meet the artists, discuss the creative process, and be inspired by three dimensional form in relationship to the landscape. Justus Entertainment is pleased to announce the opening of the “Main Street Arts and Entertainment Complex” (THE COMPLEX). The building located at 1332 E Main St. was a former bar called KO’s that has been converted into a multi-purpose social & community arts and entertainment complex. At BVA DESIGN you'll find sculptures that surprise, are whimsical, and contain a depth of thought rarely found in metal sculpture work. Having grown up on a farm in the midwest, Bradley's comfort and relationship with found metal objects is apparent in his finished sculpture’s connection to the outdoors. Many are more than just repurposed sculptures, the works of art often have a functional purpose and provide immense character to wherever they land. Bottle openers, wine racks, lamps and tables, fabricated out of discarded bike gears, straight ski’s of the 90’s, shell casings, meat grinder parts, well loved golf clubs, conduit, wrenches and saws. Whatever your your custom piece may be made of, it will bring you back to the days rolling through the woods, working slowly toward the eighteenth hole, and encourage you to get back on the skis, back to the water, back to the days we love. The days we want to live again.
b. 1983 Clare Parsons is a photographer currently based out of Bozeman, Montana. She utilizes photography to find the whimsical in the ordinary. Her grandfather used to tell her, "It's easy to fall in love with someone's qualities, but it's true love when you fall in love with one's faults." Most people would say that she has applied this to all areas of her life, but none more so than with photography. Clare moved around most of her life. Her family never put down roots and you can see in her work that this nomadic lifestyle has definitely added to her search for moments of permanence. She lived in her imagination as a child, reading constantly and constructing worlds of airy constancy and outlandish characters. There is definitely a connection between her work and the ephemeral qualities that are just behind the veil of reality. She has an affinity for finding the things "hidden in plain sight."
