"Spanish4Toddlers" is geared for children 14 months to 5 years old. Children, parents or caregivers will enjoy a fun class learning Spanish by singing, dancing, playing,and constant repetition. Each session covers a wide variety of vocabulary, from some preschool, like numbers, letters, and weather to body parts, animals, actions, verbs and lots of directions all taught through music in Spanish only. Classes are very active and require parents/caregivers participation during the entire class. Classes are held through Sacramento Parks & Recreation in two different locations: Coloma Community Center (4623 T Street, Elmhust neighborhood by the Fab 40's) Registration: Registration process is subject to a fist come first serve basis. Parks and Recreation enrichment classes have have 3 ways to register: 1) Internet*: City of Sacramento Parks & Recs: www.cityofsacramento.org/parksandrecreation/ and under the Seasonal catalog click "online registration" then go to "Classes and activities" or “Register for programs” then find "Tots 0-5 yrs”. You will see "Bilingual Babies on the Go" & "Spanish 4 Toddlers" then click on “Show courses” and select the course or courses you wish to enroll. Print proof of registration to bring to 1st class. 2) Phone registration: 808-6060 / Spanish 4 Toddlers from 10 am to 4 pm Tue - Fri. 3) In person go to: Coloma Community Center located in 4623 T Street from 10 am to 5:30 pm Tue - Fri 10 am to 4pm.

The Hart Senior Center is the heart of operations for the City of Sacramento Older Adult Services. Sacramento’s older adults come together at the Hart Senior Center to enjoy Zumba, Tai chi, ballroom dancing, painting, creative writing, and other recreational activities, take computer classes, get connected with local services, participate in educational workshops and much more.
