What began in the late 1990 as the Campaign for the New Madison Square Park, a public-private partnership that raised $6 million in public and private funds to redesign the ailing park, is now Madison Square Park Conservancy, a not-for-profit organization committed solely to preserving, protecting and programming one of New York City’s most beloved jewel box parks. Madison Square Park, a seven-acre urban oasis, is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District at 23rd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues. The Conservancy raises the funds that support lush and brilliant horticulture, park maintenance, park security and a variety of free cultural programs for all ages. Through a public-private partnership with the City of New York Parks Department, the Conservancy funds approximately 98% of the cost of park maintenance and 100% of the cost of security and cultural programs. The cost of operating the Park and its programs exceeds $3 million annually. Media coverage credits the Conservancy’s work with fueling the resurgence of the Flatiron District and Madison Square neighborhood.

34th Street–Herald Square is an underground station complex on the BMT Broadway Line and the IND Sixth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway, and is the third busiest station in the system with 39,285,568 passengers entering the station in 2014. It is located at Herald Square in Midtown Manhattan where 34th Street, Broadway and Sixth Avenue intersect, and is served by the: D, F, N, and Q trains at all times R train at all times except late nights B and M trains weekdaysStation layoutThis station complex has a long mezzanine above the platforms. Three staircases and two elevators lead to each of the two Broadway line platforms. Three pairs of escalators lead to the Sixth Avenue line platforms (two to the northbound one and one to the southbound one). There is a non-ADA-compliant ramp that leads to an intermediate level. This level has two sets of staircases leading to each of the Sixth Avenue platforms. The elevators to this level are at the north end of the mezzanine by the 35th Street exit (which contains a bank of turnstiles, token booth, and three staircases leading to Broadway and Sixth Avenue).

59th Street–Columbus Circle is a New York City Subway station complex shared by the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line and the IND Eighth Avenue Line. It is the seventh busiest station complex in the system. It is located at Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan where 59th Street, Broadway and Eighth Avenue intersect, and is served by the: 1, A, and D trains at all times C train at all times except late nights B train during weekdays until 11:00 p.m. 2 train during late nightsStation layoutEntrances and exitsThis station complex has many entrances/exits from the streets. The one at the north end of Columbus Circle leads to the Trump International Hotel and Tower. It has a double wide staircase going down to an intermediate level before another double-wide staircase goes down to fare control, where a now unused token booth and turnstile bank lead to the IND mezzanine as well as the north end of the northbound IRT platform. There is also one elevator from the back of the staircase that goes down to fare control.

La Grenouille is a historic and award-winning French restaurant located at 3 East 52nd Street (between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue) in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Founded in 1962 by former Henri Soulé apprentice Charles Masson, Sr. and his wife Gisèle, later with sons Philippe and Charles, La Grenouille (Fr., "The Frog") became a location of choice among New York, U.S., and eventually international diners, including designers from the nearby New York fashion district.
