Located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District, B/SPOKE is an indoor cycling studio designed to give you an invigorating, low impact, full-body workout. When a rider enters B/SPOKE, they can expect an intense and inspiring cardio experience led by one of our empowering instructors. These leaders are the lifeblood of any studio and we offer only the most talented individuals with varying styles and unique backgrounds so you can customize your workout to your own accord. Our 2,000 square foot studio is designed to capture an “industrial zen” feel that caters to men and women alike. Cycle through high-energy playlists that pump out music over a custom-designed sound system equipped with 25 speakers over three zones to get you in control of your workout. Catering to cycling enthusiasts of all levels, riders can set their own pace in class with a resistance knob on the studio’s Schwinn AC Performance Plus bikes to control the level of difficulty. With state of the art facilities and an array of high-end amenities, B/SPOKE is on par with large corporate studios while maintaining a sense of local community and the personal feel that smaller studios provide. The studio is equipped with 6 showers (four female and two male), a handicap bathroom, one private changing room, two separate changing areas, a purified water refilling station and coded lockers for day-time use. Every ride comes with complimentary cycling shoes, heart rate monitors, and towels. Complimentary products from Aesop are available in changing and showering areas along with blow-dryers, hair straighteners, curling irons, foam ear plugs and hair elastics. TITLE Boxing Club Boston - North Station opened in March of 2015. We deliver the amazing results of boxing, minus the combat, to sculpt and strengthen your body from head to toe.
