USF Baseball Stadium is a baseball venue located in Tampa, Florida, USA. It is home to the University of South Florida Bulls college baseball team of the Division I American Athletic Conference (The American). The facility has a capacity of 3,211 spectators. It replaced Red McEwen Field as the home of USF baseball.Features of the ballpark include a 1,500-seat seating area with canopy, in-ground dugouts, fan pavilions, batting cages, and a press box.HistoryAfter the demolition of Red McEwen Field following the 2010 season, construction of a new facility on the same location began. The alignment of the new field was changed from McEwen's to accommodate a concourse shared with the newly constructed neighboring softball field.Construction was completed over the 2010-2011 offseason, with the stadium hosting its first game on February 25, 2011. In it, the Bulls lost to Elon 4-3 in extra innings. 3,126 spectators attended, a USF baseball record.On March 11, 2011, a formal ceremony announcing the facility's opening was held.In 2011, the Bulls ranked 29th in Division I college baseball in attendance, averaging 1,537 per home game.
The University of South Florida School of Theatre and Dance is committed to facilitating creative and academic artists and scholars though rigorous training in the studio, the classroom, and in performance. Both programs are exclusively undergraduate in focus and housed in their own facilities on a large liberal arts campus. The dance program is focused on rigorous and intensive training in ballet, modern dance and choreography, while the theatre program provides the opportunity for intensive study in performance, design and theatre studies. The School of Theatre and Dance is one of four academic units in USF’s College of The Arts, along with the Schools of Architecture and Community Design, Art and Art History, and Music. The USF Soccer Stadium was built in 1978. The stadium is currently home to the men's and women's track and field teams from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. It also hosted the school's men's and women's soccer programs through the end of their 2010 seasons.The 4,000 capacity stadium has hosted several events throughout the years including Lamar Hunt US Open Cup matches, the C-USA soccer tournaments for Men and Women, the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship final twice, and the C-USA track and field championships as well.In 1984, when Tampa hosted its first Super Bowl, the Washington Redskins practiced at the stadium. Concerned about the lack of privacy at the stadium, the Redskins purchased a green tarpaulin that was attached to the fence around the stadium. The Redskins donated the tarp to the university and it remained in use for many years.In the mid-1980s the stadium hosted preseason training for the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL), including stars Herschel Walker and Brian Sipe. The Generals' players stayed and dined at nearby Fontana Hall.In 1991, Claudio Reyna led the Bruce Arena-coached Virginia Cavaliers to a penalty kicks victory over the Santa Clara Broncos for the NCAA Div. I title in the last championship hosted at the stadium.

The organization serves Tampa Bay and west central Florida with a mission to advance the art of choral music by performing great works of the past, commissioning and performing new literature and sharing the joy and power of choral music with new and existing audiences and singers. Since 2004 the Master Chorale has had American conductor and composer, Dale Warland to Tampa presenting artistic and administrative workshops as they prepared for concerts and recordings. During the past decade the organization has regularly commissioned some of the most important contemporary composers for works for The Master Chorale including Eric Whitacre (Lux Aurumque), Paul Basler (Missa Kenya), Eleanor Daley (Listen to the Sunrise), Libby Larsen (Whitman’s America), Stephan Paulus (Sing Unto God), Alice Parker (The Rock and the River), Carol Barnett (Cradle Song), René Clausen (Jubilate Deo), Dale Warland (The Voices), and Jake Runestad (We Can Mend the Sky).
