Even then, Ruby Falls was making efforts to reuse resources and protect the environment. Today, Ruby Falls is thriving in environmental efforts, saving energy and reducing waste by using LED lighting in the cave and the recent installation of solar panels. Ruby Falls is the first US attraction to join the Green Globe/Green Certification program.
