Through intense workouts and strict diet one will be able to completely transform their body into a work of art. Competitions consist of 3 different categories: Bodybuilding (Men and Women), Figure (Women), Bikini (Women). Each category presents a different physique criteria. Individuals will work one-on-one with a trainer with their workouts and diet each step of the way leading up to the Competition Day. Coaches are also provided to help with posing as well as all the intimate details involved with making your stage debut.
