A fitness club founded by the three JD's (James Dalton Jr., James Dalton III, and Jonathan Dalton). JD's Gym offers fitness classes, mma training, powerlifting/strongman, a full circuit of machines, cardio, and something for everyone of ALL fitness levels in a friendly, family-like atmosphere.
Our goal is to develop functional fitness in people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. If you are a grandparent, we want to help you play with the kids. If you are an athlete, we want to help you out-perform your competitors. If you are looking for a place to get fit and have a great time, you've found it.
WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS? CrossFit Kids is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress. PROGRAM LEVELS CF ELEMENTARTY (ages 7-12) T/TH @ 5:15-6PM SAT 11AM-11:45 In a group setting children will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. We add small weights, light dumbbells, kettlebells, and body movements. CF TEENS (ages 13-17) T/TH 4:30-5:15PM Teen program is challenging and rewarding. We transition from dumbbells to barbells while perfecting the ten functional movements.( Air Squat, Front Squat, OverHead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Thruster, Sumo Dead High Pull, and Hang Power Clean) It will raise self esteem by building self confidence and strength in the body. We perform a Workout Of the Day (WOD), Skill Work, and Challenges. Teen program makes kids healthy and fit! TEEN WEIGHTLIFTING (INVITE ONLY)
