When Kay Agnew created Margaux’s in the 1980′s, Dallas had only bad Mexican food and expensive French food. And her Cajun and Creole inspired menu created a sensation. Margaux’s, actually named after her lovely daughter, Margaux, became a dining institution and tradition for over two decades. Margaux’s is now reborn as Bridge Bistro. Kay has taken the best of Margaux’s recipes and created an urban neighborhood bistro for downtown Dallas and the Design District – but of course, all of Dallas is invited. Located in the shadow of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge designed by Santiago Calatrava, Bridge Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, and drinks. For our lifelong regulars, all the favorites are still on the menu.
Originally called the Packard Pharmacy in the early 20s. When the Stoneleigh Hotel was built, they renamed it. Tom Garrison bought the P in 1973 revamping the old drugstore. In January of '80, the restaurant unfortunately burnt to the ground. Although such a devastating event, the Stoneleigh rose from the ashes like a Pheonix. And that's what the P is for. Just kidding ;)

Chino is inspired by Chinese immigrants that came to South America from the southern province of Guangdong and Macau in the late 19th century. Due to lack of Asian ingredients, the Chinese adapted their cuisine with items available in the area, creating unique blends of Chinese cooking with Latin ingredients. They established “barrio Chinos” which translates to “Chinatown” in Latin American cities. Chino will transport people to this era of mystery and adventure. Inspired by “barrio Chinos,” Uno Immanivong created Chino Chinatown, a destination for Chinese and Latin-influenced cuisine. The bar menu is motivated by the cocktail movement and features classic, hand-crafted drinks. The menu is a collaboration of Asian & Latin cooking styles and techniques.
